If for some reason, your rug arrives damaged or needs to be repaired please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed we are not responsible for the damaged rug(s).

In order for us to repair or replace a rug(s), the customer must have it with them and have photo evidence of any damage. 

If we decide to repair the damaged item this will be a one time offer. 

We deal with every order inquiry on a case-by-case basis. Please be prompt when contacting us about any issues that may have arisen during shipping. The faster we hear your concerns the faster we can help. 


ORDER CANCELLATION


To cancel the order, please contact us within 72 hours of order placement. This does not guarantee a cancellation. If the order has not been processed, we will gladly cancel the order and issue a refund.

If the order is in transit or has surpassed 72 hours, we can not cancel the order. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS


Please allow 10-15 Business days to process your order, depending on the volume of orders at that time. Custom orders take longer, please allow an extra 7 business days. 

Expedited services can be available depending on volume of orders, please mention it in your email. 

Standard rugs dimensions can be up to 6ft x 7ft

For the most accuracy, please include a PDF of the exact photo you would like turned into a rug. (logo, character, etc). 

If the rug is something you need designed, please include photo examples and a detailed list of requests and colors. Depending on the intricacy of the design, prices are to be determined. We want your rug to be perfect, so phone meetings can be arranged.
